YAA YEBOAH JUSTIFIES HER CRITIQUE OF KING PALUTA, INSISTS IT WASN’T AN INSULT (VIDEO) – Nsemkeka
Ghanaian broadcaster and entertainment analyst, MC Yaa Yeboah, has defended her recent critique of rapper and singer King Paluta, maintaining that her remarks were not intended as an insult.
The controversy stems from an incident in London where a video of King Paluta verbally attacking a female attendee went viral. Addressing the matter during a discussion on UTV, Yaa Yeboah admonished the ‘M’akoma’ hitmaker for what she described as a lack of personality. Her comments generated backlash from both the artiste and his fanbase.
Appearing on the same platform on Saturday, July 13, 2025, Yaa Yeboah clarified her position. She asserted that her statement was not a personal attack, referencing the dictionary definition of ‘personality’ to substantiate her analysis. “I would never say Paluta lacks talent—I have actually promoted his music in the past,” she stated.
Nonetheless, Yaa Yeboah stood by her opinion that it was inappropriate for King Paluta to insult a female fan on stage, emphasizing that such conduct reflects poorly on his public image and raises legitimate questions about his personality.
