TIKTOK STAR PELLER THREATENS LEGAL ACTION AGAINST PASTOR KESIENA ESIRI OVER DEFAMATORY REMARKS – Nsemkeka
Popular Nigerian TikTok influencer, Peller, has announced plans to sue the lead pastor of Remnant Christian Network, Kesiena Esiri, after the cleric publicly accused him of being a negative influence on the youth.
In a viral sermon video, Pastor Esiri alleged that Peller and his girlfriend, Jarvis, were “pioneering immorality” and distracting teenagers from their academic pursuits. While addressing Nigeria’s 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) mass failure, the pastor blamed the influencer for contributing to the academic decline.
“It’s what we are pioneering in public now like a normal lifestyle… He is going about with a girl that he’s not married to, engaging in all kinds of nonsense things,” Pastor Kesiena stated.
In response, the 20-year-old social media star expressed outrage during a TikTok live session, strongly denying any involvement in the mass failure and threatening to sue the pastor for defamation.
“Nobody forced anyone to watch Jarvis and Peller. Mr. Prophet, we will sue you for using our names to collect offerings in your church,” Peller fired back.
He further claimed that the cleric was using his name and influence to solicit larger offerings from church members.
As of now, Pastor Kesiena has not issued a formal response to the lawsuit threat.
