Former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta will not appear before the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) on Monday, June 2, 2025, due to reported health complications, according to sources close to him. His legal team has submitted medical documents to both the OSP and the Human Rights Court, citing scheduled surgical procedures as the reason for his inability to attend in person.
