“I Used To Beg Reggie Rockstone To Listen To My Demo 17 Years Ago”-D Black Recounts His Hustling Days

Ghanaian Entertainment business mogul and rapper, Desmond Kwesi Blackmore, well known as D Black has recounted his hustling days as he shares an epic throwback picture of himself and some other big names in the music game.

The rapper who has been identified as one of the most successful entertainment personalities in Ghana revealed that he used to beg some of the big names in the Ghanaian music industry to listen to his demo.

He shared a throwback photo of him talking to the Hiplife Grandpapa, Reggie Rockstone from the open window of his car. He revealed that he was literally begging Reggie Rockstone to listen to his demo 17 years ago.

Fast forward, life has changed for the better for the CEO of Black Avenue Muzik as he owns one of the most popular and successful record labels in Ghana. Apart from being one of the most decorated rappers in the scene, he happens to own one of the biggest lounges in Accra named Oasis Lounge. He has also signed one of the most talented singers in the music scene named S3fa who has dominated to music scene within a short time of emergence.

D Black obviously shared this part of his success story just to motivate his fans and other social media users to keep on with their hustle just as he did a few years back and now, he is enjoying the benefits from his labor.
