Aklerh out with Amele

Ghanaian sensation Aklerh is back with a new song, “Amele,” now available on all digital streaming platforms.

The new tune is more than just rhythms but a heartfelt journey through Aklerh’s personal life story, shared intimately with her fans and music lovers at large. 

 Produced by beatmaker Tubani Music, “Amele” is a blend of afrobeat, soul, and highlife, showcasing Aklerh’s bold step beyond her usual reggae and dancehall roots, which started with. 

 These are her words on her music journey and how she has been evolving over the years. “I’ve always wanted my music to reflect all sides of who I am. With ‘Amele,’ I’m breaking out of my comfort zone and revealing new colors of my personality – showing my fans that there’s so much more to me than they’ve heard before.”

Last year, Dancehall act, Aklerh, felt on top of the world when a variety of stakeholders in the music business gathered at The Backyard, East Legon in Accra, on Friday, April 19 to listen to her newly-released ‘Dancehall Queen’ E.P.

The fast-rising artiste had six songs in the collection that explores issues like life, love and relationships.

 Music enthusiasts are already hailing “Amele” as another good song, building a reputation of a young rising artiste set up for greater exploits in the competitive music industry.

Aklerh’s repertoire include songs such as Odo, Money, Labadi Gyal featuring Jah Lead, Body Good featuring Yaw Gray and Run D Town.
